MASTERS ABROAD ACCELERATOR

Get into your target masters program without the overwhelming research, endless rejections, or "am I even qualified?!" panic everyone else goes through.

The funniest thing about wearing glasses is if you forget the attachment to turn it into sunglasses, you’re going to have to bring regular sunglasses too.

Me in Switzerland May 2025.

Hey, it's Justine!

I know firsthand how overwhelming it feels to look at grad school abroad and wonder: "Am I even good enough to get in?"

Back in 2021, I was stuck in the same spiral you might be in right now. I had 3½ years of experience as an early-career professional from the Philippines, endlessly clicking on top European MBA programs with zero roadmap, zero connections, and zero time to waste on endless research rabbit holes.

My "safe" plan? Apply for the September 2023 cohort, giving myself 2 full years to figure it all out and hopefully land a spot somewhere decent.

But part of me didn’t want to wait that long.

Instead, I designed a systematic strategy that completely flipped the script. Within just 10 weeks, I had researched 12 of the best MBA programs in Europe, crafted standout applications, nailed alumni interviews, and secured recommendation letters. And I did this for 2 people, as my partner took the same route.

Not only did I get into the top MBA program in the Netherlands with a scholarship, but I started classes in January 2022. That’s 19 months ahead of my original timeline.

That decision didn't just change my career trajectory. It skyrocketed it. While my original plan had me hopefully landing a job abroad by my imagined September 2024, my reality was I was on a business trip to Bangkok in my actual September 2024, having already completed 18 months in my post-MBA role.

Here's what I discovered: There IS a systematic approach to getting into your ideal masters program abroad. Most people just don't know it exists.

Since I started TBC, I've helped 77 ambitious professionals (just like you) figure out how to make your application stand out and open doors you didn't even think were possible. Every single time, the same patterns emerged. The same strategic moves, the same positioning techniques, the same efficient processes that turn overwhelming chaos into clear, confident action.

That's exactly what I've built into the Masters Abroad Accelerator.

It's everything I wish I had when I was drowning in uncertainty: the clear strategy that cuts through the noise, the personalized positioning that makes you irresistible to admissions committees, and the step-by-step process that saves you months (maybe even years) of trial and error.

So here's what I'm going to do…

I'm going to personally work with 5 ambitious professionals to get them accepted into their ideal masters program in the next 6 months.

Without spending 2+ years researching schools, getting rejected because of weak applications, or lying awake wondering if they're even competitive enough to make it happen.

If that sounds like exactly what you need, keep reading.

GET my strategic assessment NOW

We're going to do this together without you...

Soon enough you could be the one sending me a message just like this

❌ Spending ₱100,000+ on application fees for 20+ programs you're not even sure want you. Then watching rejection emails roll in one by one while your friends ask "so... did you get in yet?"

❌ Staring at a blank Google Doc at 11pm trying to write your 47th "why this program" paragraph that sounds exactly like everyone else's, knowing the admissions committee will skim it in 30 seconds and forget you exist.

❌ Refreshing your bank account wondering if you can even afford to apply, let alone attend, while everyone on LinkedIn pretends money isn't an issue and acts like ₱2M for a Masters is "an investment in yourself".

❌ Sending 50 desperate LinkedIn messages to strangers begging for "just some of your time" only to get left on read or receive a copy-paste "I'm too busy right now, good luck!"

❌ Hitting submit on an application you KNOW isn't good enough, then lying awake at night thinking "what if I just wasted $100 on fees for a program that rejected me in 10 seconds?"

❌ Watching your college classmates post their acceptance letters while you're still stuck on page 3 of a Google Sheet comparing tuition costs you can't afford anyway.

Instead, over the next 6 months we're going to use my 3-part system that make up the Masters Abroad Accelerator Model...

1. STRATEGIC PROGRAM SELECTION

Most high achievers research 50+ programs, bookmark everything that looks "good", then panic about which ones to actually apply to.

Because of that, they either apply to programs they're overqualified for (waste of time) or underqualified for (guaranteed rejection).

Instead, we will audit your profile against actual admission requirements and identify 3-5 programs where you're a strategic fit. Meaning you’re not just academically qualified, but exactly what they're looking for.

Which leads us to...

2. INSIDER INTELLIGENCE GATHERING

Focusing SOLELY on website research and university rankings is a guaranteed way to submit applications that miss the mark completely.

Masters Abroad Accelerator students do things differently.

Instead, we will connect you directly with current students, recent grads, and program coordinators so you can get the real intel on what makes applications stand out, what professors are looking for, and what the actual student experience is like.

Then we install...

3. APPLICATION OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM

We will build application materials that tell your specific story in a way that makes admissions committees think "this person belongs here."

Your motivation letter won't be generic career goals that sound like ChatGPT generated it.

It will be a strategic narrative that connects your background to the program’s strengths and your post-graduation plans.

What does the path ahead look like?

We’ll craft memorable motivation letters for each program and coordinate your recommendation letters so that you’re not scrambling to pass those in. Every application will tell a cohesive story about why you and this program are a perfect match (and why you deserve a scholarship).

Who have I helped get their masters abroad?

I've successfully guided 77 confused high achievers into competitive masters programs across Europe, East Asia, North America, and Oceania in 11+ fields these past 7 years. At this point, it’s easier to ask me what masters have I NOT helped someone in. These are the 8 most common fields:

Congratulations to me for receiving my MBA diploma. You are also getting a look at something extremely rare: my forehead without bangs.

  • International Business & Management (+2 for myself and my partner)

  • Data Science & Analytics

  • European Studies & Politics

  • Sustainability (all subfields, from Development to Finance to Policy to Communications)

  • Digital Marketing

  • Psychology & Behavioral Science

  • Engineering & Science (I made this an overarching group because if I talk about the distinct fields, this list would be crazy long)

  • Finance & Economics

*The 3 most uncommon subfields were Genomics (Genetics), Neurobiology, and Marine Engineering, and we went so far as to even land a job in those fields in their specific country.

When I started looking into graduate programs, I had 41 options bookmarked for Justine to review. From niche areas like Folk Dance to more career-aligned programs such as Sustainability in Finance, I bookmarked everything.

With my background in IT, I wasn’t sure how to make the right choice and I wasn’t even thinking about how to position myself for post-graduation opportunities.

Through The Bumpy Career’s strategic program selection process, we narrowed the list to 6 strong programs in the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden. I was ultimately admitted to 4, including my top choice at an Erasmus University and along with a 60% scholarship.
— Sarah, IT Analyst who moved to Germany
I assumed I needed at least 2 more years of experience before applying to an MBA, which left me feeling stuck in my current role. Working with Justine helped me see other options I hadn’t considered.

She led me through a guided reflection on why I want to do a MBA and then introduced me to specialized master’s programs designed for people making career pivots.

She also connected me with her past student who made a similar transition that gave me confidence
— Maddie, who moved to Denmark for her management master’s program
I didn’t think I stood a chance at getting into top programs. With a Filipino passport and a resume that showed 5 career moves in 6 years, I assumed admissions committees would overlook me.

Working with Justine changed that. She helped me understand how schools value diverse experiences and guided me in framing my background in emerging markets as a strength. The result: 3 admission offers from competitive programs.

After completing my degree, I returned to her for career support. And with her guidance, I successfully landed my 1st role 2 months post-graduation.
— Miguel, Finance Professional who received offers from his top London, Toronto, and Melbourne programs

*To protect my students’ identities because I value privacy for those making big career decisions (plus they’re shy), I made them choose a stock photo to represent them.

BONUS: THE MONEY CONVERSATION NO ONE ELSE WANTS TO HAVE

Let's be honest. You're not just worried about getting accepted. You're worried about whether you can actually afford this.

💸 "What if I invest ₱2M+ in a Masters and can't get a job after?"

💸 "How do I explain to my family why I'm quitting my ₱100K/month (EUR2000/month) job?"

💸 "What if the scholarships don't come through?"

💸 "Is this actually worth it or am I just running away from my current situation?"

Most admissions consultants ignore the money question. I don't.

Because getting accepted into a program you can't afford (or that won't pay off) is worse than not applying at all.

That's why Masters Abroad Accelerator students also get:

🎁 BONUS #1: MASTERS FINANCING STRATEGY SESSION

We run the actual numbers together. What’s the cost of living in Amsterdam vs Paris. Scholarship application strategy. Part-time work calculations. Student loan options. You'll know exactly how much you need and where it's coming from before we even send out the first applications.

🎁 BONUS #2: ROI REALITY CHECK ANALYSIS

We calculate the real opportunity cost of taking a masters vs you continuing at your job. What you're giving up in salary. What jobs you'll actually qualify for after. What those jobs pay. Whether the math makes sense for YOUR situation and not some generic "Masters abroad = higher salary" promise.

I will walk you through the ROI equation I built for myself and you will make this decision with your eyes wide open about your chances of making back all the money you’re about to pour in.

Value of this session:Priceless ✨ (but included for free into the program because I am against you making an expensive mistake like so many others have.)

FAQs

  • No problem, we can and will be working on it together. Month 1 clarifies your goals strategically based on your background and market opportunities, and not emotionally based on what city you want o live in.

  • Yes, I too had a low GPA (QPI from Ateneo) from college and a low GMAT score but still made it work. We will identify programs weighing your more important factors and will solve your concerns as we face them.

  • Impossible if we’re working together unless you literally ignore everything I say. I would never let that happen to you. You'll be submitting stronger applications than you would alone after all.

  • Let’s discuss the scope and see how long it would take to finish that. My hourly rate is standardized. You can email me at justine@thebumpycareer.com for us to start from there.

  • I don't teach GMAT/GRE prep. My math score was horrible even though I had a tutor, but my verbal score was a 39 through self-study.

What I do instead is monitor your test prep timeline and make sure you're on track. I'll hold you accountable to your study schedule, help you decide if you need to retake, and strategize which programs to apply to based on your scores. We won’t let this test be what stops you from pursuing your goals.

  • Yes, always happy to help. I can receive payments via Revolut or Wise cross-border. If you’re from a specific country (like India, US, Taiwan, etc.), you can let me know and I can connect with someone in my network to help us with the payment.
